2009 Sponsorship Schemes

West Coast is a long-established and the only remaining Pony Gymkhana club left on the Island . In 2005 the club suffered an arson attic on it's equipment storage shed which was, unfortunately, uninsured. The club's new committee is seeking to raise funds for replacement of the lost equipment along with a staged replacement of it's current stock of show jumping equipment.

West Coast Riding Club is seeking support from the local business community and individuals for financial sponsorship which will be rewarded with quality advertising – or anonymously, if preferred. We ask you to consider your support for our club. Thank you.

Show Jump Sponsorship

A year's sponsorship costs a minimum contribution of £150 per annum including quality flat vinyl advertising on both wings (sides) of the jump in up to three colours. The advertiser's names will also be publicly announced at each event as well as on the club's web pages and in it's newsletters.

We would like to thank  3FM Radio, Chinatown Restaurant, Timberland Flooring & Ceilings, 1st Choice Windows & Conservatories and Style Plastering Services for sponsoring the first five sets of jumps.

Rosette Sponsorship

Another, and very effective, method of advertising is to sponsor the rosettes for a scheduled event on the club's annual calendar of events whether it be a gymkhana or “fun day” event. The sponsor's company name is printed on the “tails” of each rosette and the sponsor's name will be publicly announced throughout the day's events. Rosettes are a prize possession of most recipients and are a long lasting advertisement for your business.

Cost of rosette sponsorship is dependent on the particular event and varies between £140.00 and £225.00

West Coast Riding Club is non-profit making organisation that is run by volunteers for the benefit of it's members and the future equestrian competitors of our Island . In addition to the above sponsorships, we would gratefully accept any form of assistance in the form of donations or contributions of materials to assist the rebuilding of our storage shed.
