Who am I?

Not Beautiful * Not Thin * Not Young * Can Act

My full name is Louisa Jane Bawden, I was born on the Isle of Man in 1970 and I am not yet dead.

I have loved acting for as long as I can remember. My first role was as Mary in my Primary School Nativity play, but I am told I started acting as long before this. At the age of 13, I was asked to audition for the role of Susan Skinner with a local drama group. I got the part and was hooked!

Before taking up acting full time, I had an eclectic mix of jobs including film extra, film crew (Video Assist Operator), AS400 COBOL Systems Analyst and Developer, Administrator, Reconciliations, Valuations, Shop Assistant, Hairdressing Junior, Factory Worker and Walking the Ponies on Peel Beach.

I love to paint and take photographs, so don't ask to see my holiday snaps or you could be there all day.

This is my first attempt at my CV on the Web. Any tips or comments would be greatly appreciated. ;-)
