The HOME Player(s) must before the CONTACT DATE give his/her/their Opponent(s) a choice of TWO DATES, which may not both fall on the same day of the week. Such dates shall not include Saturdays or Sundays unless specifically agreed by both parties. If the AWAY Player(s) has not been contacted by the CONTACT DATE, then he/she/they may claim "Home advantage" and must arrange to play abiding by the rules of the previous paragraph.

If neither Player(s) are able to make contact then the Competition Secretary must be notified and any decision that he/she shall make to reconcile the situation shall be deemed final and binding.

In all Competitions the Winner(s) shall be responsible for notifying the Competition Secretary before the CLOSING DATE. Failure to do so may result in both Players being eliminated.
