Pivot hole was drilled to allow nut to be tight fit allows
screw to be tightend from top after adjusting angle

Cutter screwed to board
Adjustable holder was made from the earth pin of a three pin plug,which saved ___
drilling and tapping holding hole_______________________________________
Adjustable screw - hole drilled and tapped,screw fitted along with lock nut_______

If tap not available drill clearance hole and use two lock nuts
