Danescourt is a quiet contemporary home with magnificent views over Douglas Bay. We are open all year, except when we are away. Click here for prices. For TT and MGP, click here. Tram-view (our family room) is currently unavailable because of decoration. We can accommodate a maximum of three guests in Sea-view which has a modern en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. If guests find it difficult to shower in a bath they are welcome to use our downstairs cloakroom which has a walk-in shower. We are situated north of Douglas at Onchan Head on the seaward side of the coast road about 1½ miles from Governor's Bridge and 1½ miles from Douglas promenade (in summer trams pass our door). The whole house is centrally heated. Below the house is a large double garage which can be used for secure storage of motorcycles or cars. Adjoining this is a small pottery studio. Our drive provides ample parking space. The terraced garden has several patios: one has a model live-steam railway running round the flower beds and one has a lawn with summer house. Free broadband wireless internet access (16 Mbit/s) is available. We are a no-smoking establishment under the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2006. Sorry, we don't accept pets.
