Jeep is rightly proud of her family's long tradition and experience in Thai cooking.
Jeep's mother and sisters spent many years perfecting their art and sold their cooked produce to the many markets in and around Ban Phu.
By popular request from her many friends around the world, Jeep has agreed to publish some of her recipes here.
Jeep's first recipe is an adaption of one of her sister's recipes, and uses Salmon instead of local Thai fish. Very tasty it is too. I love it! We call it 'Spicy Thai Salmon'.
