The service we offer...

Our Company employs three full-time and one part-time Engineers. The skills available include installation and servicing of a wide range of domestic Hi-Fi, Pro-Audio and A/V equipment. We also have a fully equipped Computer servicing facility. We stock a wide range of spares covering all aspects of the equipment we sell. Audio Service - Our Audio Technician has vast experience in the servicing of Hi-Fi, CD and In-Car products. We are approved service agents for Pioneer and JVC. Almost all of the In-Car servicing undertaken on the Island is done in our workshop. We also offer a 'Trade' repair service to many of the Island's retailers, and undertake servicing of equipment on behalf of UK suppliers. Computer Service - We build Computers to customers specifications, here in our own workshop. We also offer a repair facility, both in customers homes or place of work, or on a carry-in basis. We are fully trained service agents for NEC and Fujitsu-Siemens computers. We offer repair facilities for most brands of computers, printers and laptops. We carry in excess of £20,000 worth of spare parts at any one time. Our engineers are familiar with most of the problems encountered by our customer base and offer a speedy and efficient turnaround of repairs. A priority service is available for a small extra charge. Appliance Service - Our small appliance department are able to service Vacuum Cleaners, lamps etc. However, due to the low cost of such items, repair is often not feasible. Network Installation - Our engineers have a limited ability to install small networks in the office or home.
